Maybe living is to revel in the yummy deliciousness of the good times as well as recognise that there is an inherent feeling of lack and 'not-enoughness' running through us all...
The whole pie!
I trained as a chiropractor and what has grown from years of listening to the body's sensations and subtle shifts, to what aches and what opens...
Has now evolved into a way of working that is less about fixing and more about listening to the stories you hold and allowing them the space to unwind and lose their grip.
DOT came about through plenty of inquiry into personal and universal truths. It is a variety of methods that I draw upon, be that chiropractic, energy work, talking and physical and emotional exercises.
I’ve learned that pain often speaks in many languages.
And that real healing doesn’t always look like what we expect.
Sometimes it’s stillness.
Sometimes it’s a deep exhale.
Sometimes it’s a flicker of something you haven’t felt in a long time.
I’ve been in those places myself—the foggy ones, the tender ones.
I know what it is to feel disconnected, overwhelmed, unclear.
And I know the quiet power of being met, not managed.
This work doesn’t follow a script.
It isn't linear because life isn't linear.
It follows you.
Your body.
Your timing.
Your truth.
I’ll walk with you as things begin to shift.
Into the newness. The openness. The infinite possibility.
